Escape the winter and immerse yourself in seven wonderful days and nights at Daku Resort, a tropical hideaway nestled on the edge of beautiful Savusavu Bay, set among lush gardens and just over the road from a small beach and a coral reef. Nurture and develop your yoga and Alexander Technique practice in paradise, guided by expert teachers Jenny Thirtle (Assistant Director at the School of FM Alexander Studies) and Caroline Blackshaw (yoga and Alexander technique teacher from Yoga Hut, Brighton). BOOKINGS ARE OPEN Cost includes: Morning and evening yoga classes for five days. Five x 2hr group Alexander technique sessions 2 private Alexander technique sessions over the seven day retreat.
