Join us for our 2026 Yoga and Alexander Technique Retreat Daku Resort, Savusavu Bay, Fiji 15th August – 22nd August 2026

Escape the winter and join Jenny Thirtle – Assistant Director at the School of FM Alexander Studies, and Caroline Blackshaw, yoga and Alexander technique teacher from Yoga Hut, Brighton for 7 wonderful days and nights at Daku Resort, a tropical hideaway nestled on the edge of beautiful Savusavu Bay. Set among lush gardens and just over the road from a small beach and a coral reef.    BOOKINGS ARE OPEN  Bookings are open Cost includes: Morning and evening yoga classes for 5 days. Five x 2hr group Alexander technique sessions 2 private Alexander technique sessions over the 7 day retreat.    A choice or accommodation to suite you.      Two day trips over the 7 day retreat will be included in the price.    All meals are included.
